Savannah, GA, 1977. Det. Frank Simms runs down the riverfront with ghosts pointing the way (one of them being Chief Tomochichi in panels 2 and 3; he appears throughout the story). Frank is looking for Rich (bad guy) and Margaret, whom we see in the distance in the last panel.
